About Us
We’re Noah and Lucas—better known as The Perez Bros—two brothers who grew up with a deep love for baseball and a passion for giving back.
PBB Give Back began as a simple dream: to use the game we love to uplift underserved communities through sports, education, and philanthropy.
What started as a small local initiative has now grown into an annual nonprofit movement, providing youth mentorship, donated baseball equipment, and opportunities for young athletes around the world.
For us, baseball is more than a game—it’s a tool for empowerment, teamwork, and lifelong growth. Through PBB Give Back, we’re on a mission to inspire the next generation, expand access to sports, and make a lasting impact—one swing at a time.
Join us and be part of something bigger. Because giving back isn’t just a moment—it’s a movement.
Why We Do It:
PBB Give Back was inspired by the stories our Abuelo shared about growing up in the Dominican Republic—loving baseball, but often without gloves, bats, or proper gear. Sometimes, he and his friends had to share a single piece of equipment just to play the game they loved.
Growing up surrounded by a thriving baseball culture in New Jersey, we—The Perez Bros—saw the contrast. We realized that many kids today are still experiencing the same struggles our grandfather faced: playing with broken gear or having little to no access to equipment.
That’s why we started PBB Give Back. By donating baseball equipment and resources to underserved youth, we honor our Abuelo’s legacy and ensure that kids everywhere have the chance to play, grow, and thrive through the game of baseball.
“Every child should feel the excitement and joy of receiving new equipment like my boys have throughout their young baseball careers.”
