About Us
We’re Noah and Lucas—better known as The Perez Bros.—two brothers who grew up with a love for baseball and a passion for giving back. PBB GiveBack started as a dream to use our platform to uplift underserved communities through sports, education, and philanthropy. What began as a small initiative has grown into an annual movement, bringing resources, mentorship, and opportunities to youth who need it most.
For us, baseball is more than just a game—it’s a tool for empowerment, teamwork, and growth. Through PBB GiveBack, we’re on a mission to inspire the next generation and make a lasting impact, one swing at a time.
Join us and be part of something bigger—because giving back is more than a moment, it’s a movement.
WHAT WE DO:
We collect new and gently used baseball equipment, along with monetary donations to purchase new gear, and provide it to kids around the world, who might otherwise lack access at our yearly PBB Giveback event. By sharing the love of the game, we open doors to opportunity, teamwork, and a brighter future for less fortunate ball players.
WHY WE DO IT:
The Perez bros felt inspired by Abuelo’s stories growing up in Dominican Republic - loving the game, but not having gloves or bats and sometimes having to share one. Because the baseball culture that surrounds them in NJ is quite different, they wanted to make an impact in the lives of kids who are currently growing up in the world just like Abuelo, with broken gear or limited access to equipment.
“Every child should feel the excitement and joy of receiving new equipment like my boys have throughout their young baseball careers.”
— Mario, Foundation Vice President
